We search for Abiliton Standard Organization (ASO) Director with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Job Purpose

Ensure that SoftServe solutions/services meet defined standards and enable company to achieve excellence in operations to exceed client expectations, employing best practices emphasis, continuous process improvement framework and variety of review, audit and measurement techniques.

Education:

- Master degree or higher in Computer Science
- Business & management education

Specialized knowledge:

- Understanding of software development methodologies
- Understanding of general management and project management
- Excellent understanding of CMMI processes
- Excellent understanding of Quality Management methodology
- Understanding of continuous improvement methodology

Skills & Abilities:

- Leadership
- Team management
- Communication
- Self-management
- Result orientation
- Analytical skills
- Process and detail orientation

Other characteristics such as personal characteristics:

- Assertiveness
- Proactiveness

Experience:

- Industry related experience 5+ years
- Proven communicator/presenter
- Experience in the management position
