International IT Company would like to announce the opening of the HR Director position.
Main responsibilities:
The HR Director supports the directors and the employees of the company.
We are looking for a self starter with an HR background who is challenged and excited by the opportunity to "fix" HR structural issues in a growing international company, and to be a part of a winning team, affording yet more growth opportunity for the right candidates.
Specific responsibilities: Business Knowledge: Ensure depth of understanding of organizations supported, including key business functions and processes.
Organizational Development: Understands the needs of the organization in terms of achieving maximum organizational performance and efficiencies. Consults and influences senior management on key organizational and management concerns.
Compensation & Benefits: Execute corporate compensation and benefits programs (compensation planning, salary surveys and analysis, open enrollment, etc.).
Staffing: Leading interview process for management and key hires. Work with representatives to ensure maximum utilization of flexible workforce and prevent co-employment issues.
HR Metrics: Track and report staffing, retention, attrition, motivation, promotion and other necessary data to line management; recommend programs and/or enhancements as necessary.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, and Psychology would be considered a plus.
Knowledge: Knowledge of state and local employment laws. Experience working in IT international company is preferred.
