QA specialist Requirements:
• Good English verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with current software testing best practices.
• Intermediate- to expert-level proficiency with automated testing tools, including the ability to program GUI
runner tools such as Silk Test using the built-in scripting language. Experience with JUnit and Ruby a definite plus.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge.
• Intermediate-level programming experience with modern scripting or system languages.
• Ability to trouble-shoot difficult problems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes such as Extreme Programming or Scrum.
• UNIX knowledge, including shell scripting.
• 2+ years of development/testing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
• Knowledge in accounting concept of the financial products will be a plus.
