At least two ~ three years experience with Quick Test Pro
At least two ~ three years of automated testing methodology experience
Profound VB or VBScript programming experience
Very good understanding of Java Script, HTML and XML
Profound SQL Server database (or Oracle) experience required.
Profound web technologies and architecture orientation
Solid understanding of QA -

-Approaches
-Methodologies
- Software development lifecycle
-Ability to apply the knowledge into daily operation
Strong ability in root cause analysis of issues, resolving testing issues, and driving issues to closure
BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience is an advantage
Fluent English capabilities (read, write, speak)

Strong interpersonal relationship skills
Analyze end user testing requirements.
Design and Architect modular and reusable automated testing solutions that satisfy testing requirements.
Develop functional/regression automated test solutions using QTP
Develop custom function/sub-routine libraries to support automated testing solutions.
Direct and assist junior automation developers in their work.
Train/mentor junior automation developers and test automation end users.
Develop/enhance and document automation testing methodology.
Design a solid automation framework where test scripts are reusable and easily maintained.
Perform identification and implementation of the automation framework, environment, approach, and methodologies which will be used for automated testing.
Design, implement and maintain test strategies, test plans and test scripts for functional
Develop detailed documentation to support the automation effort.
Execute test scripts
Report detailed defects description through defect tracking tool.
Work closely with the Load tests engineer to develop mutual processes
Report to the director of QA
