The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine is looking for: Events Assistant

Position is available immediately

Essential Job Responsibilities:

To assist Events Team in coordination and organization of events:
- To take active part in coordination of all Chamber events
- To maintain database of partners, sponsors etc.
- To write and post on the web-site events announcements
- To work closely with restaurants, caterers service, providers etc. and maintain good relations with them


Essential Skills:
Experience in administrative work
Excellent spoken and written English, Ukrainian and Russian language skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Creative thinking
Pleasant outgoing personality
Customer service oriented

Full time position
Long hours in a dynamic and rapidly moving environment
Three month probation period
