Commercial Director (Sales of Machinery & Equipment)

Our client, a large Ukrainian production company, opened a vacancy of Commercial Director (Sales of Agricultural Machinery & Equipment)

Key responsibilities:

- Organizing sales (direct B2B sales, dealer sales)
- Preparing and monitoring sales plans
- Developing relevant sales tools and processes
- Developing commercial strategy and plans per channel, brand and customer (pricing, promotion, trade terms)
- Leading and managing a team of regional managers
- Engagement in negotiations with major customers
- Anticipating market, competitors, consumers and customers’ evolutions and consequently adapting the company’s strategy;
- Supporting the CEO in developing the business strategy

Requirements:

• at least 5 years in B2B sales, including successful experience in machinery production/distribution (agriculture or other)
• managerial experience is mandatory
• higher education in technical science and/or marketing/management
• excellent people management and communication skills
• fluent English.

Our client offers a fixed salary + fees + bonuses and a compensation package.
