Senior Project Manager position for its Kiev production studio ( www.PershaStudia.com )
We are looking for a talented and self-motivated individual to lead our PM office and manage projects for our key accounts.(EA, Microsoft, Disney, Sony, Sega, etc.). The successful candidate should be an enthusiastic individual with excellent organizational skills and drive.
Responsibilities include:
• Supervise project production schedules and data flow for 3-5 projects
• Arrange/coordinate teams and clientpartner meetings
• Serve as a primary contact point for clientpartner
• Generate weekly status reports and day-to-day team’s schedules when needed, supervising project budget and timelines
• Assist in developing all supplier/vendor quotes and relationships
• Actively participate in development and optimization of corporate business processes
• Coordinate PM office activities and serve as a direct manager/mentor
for other project managers
• Cooperate with CFO on projects related financial reporting for the whole company
Requirements:
• Proper degree in either technical or management field
• Management experience in IT-related industries (5 years min) . Experience in game development would be a plus.
• Strong written and spoken Russian and English is a must for this position
• Vast experience in cooperation with international clients
• Self-starter who is able to work well in a group and on a project basis and lead by influence at the peer and executive level
• Experience with MS Project, preferably server edition. Professional user of all MS Office products. Knowledge of different version control systems would be a plus as well (perforce, alien brain, SVN etc)
• Flexibility, team-orientation, creativity; excellent written, verbal and organizational skills

Understanding Capabilities of the Multimedia software and processes of video game development will be a plus
Knowledge of psychology basics will be a plus

Candidates should consider a full-time occupation in Kiev office.
