Specialist on position Account receivable must know:
1) Rules of Ukrainian standards of account and book keeping for sales of goods, services and fixed assets with out export (only Ukrainian), selling with interest (long-term payments contracts);
2) Rules of Ukrainian standards of account and book keeping business trip reports and expenses reports;
3) Strong knowledge Individual income tax law; Cash transactions law, VAT law;
4) Basic transactions for book-keeping of sales goods and services, FA, business trip reports and expenses reports;
5) Transactions with VAT for selling goods and services, FA, interests, business trip reports and expenses reports;
6) Skill to prepare acts of reconciliation with buyers;
7) Knowledge of 1-C program (7.7 and 8.0 versions);
8) English knowledge not less Intermediate level;
9) Non-conflict person, friendly person, concessive person.

Specialist on position Account receivable will do:
1) Daily making sales documents in 1-C (8.0 versions) with goods or services, or FA, or interest;
2) Prepare and provide acts of reconciliation with buyers;
3) Control and set-off of prepayments for FA, goods and services, according right Agreement. Contact and collaboration with all responsible employees of HWU for this point of work as Ukrainian as Foreign;
4) Personal responsibility for correct information in 1-C program for new buyer and quickly bring in new information or some changes for all buyers, cooperation and control foreign employee on this case;
5) Recorded right information in way bill or acts about power of attorney for sale FA, goods and services;
6) Monthly administrative report about some sales services to our buyers;
7) Gather folder with all sale documents;
8) Daily working with business trip reports in internal system;
9) Support all employees of HWU with all steps of business trip reports, expenses reports;
10) Control for right transactions of business trip reports and expenses reports in 1-C program;
11) Cooperation and support to foreign employee in rules and standards of Ukraine in business trip reports and expenses reports;
12) Monthly administrative report.
