Large top international finance company is searching for professional lawyer with great international experience. Company has been established in Ukraine more than 5 years ago and has a lot of representatives in European countries.
We propose to join professional team with international management.

We are looking for active, highly professional lawyer with strong knowledge, highly motivated and hard working.
Requirement:
Master degree in Law (International legal education is a plus)
Fluent English (legal terminology, written and spoken)
Deep knowledge of Ukrainian and International law
Age from 27 years old
Female
Experience in big multinational legal company more than 3 years
General Law experience non less than 5 years (better huge international companies)
Deep knowledge of corporate law, civil law, administrative law, working law etc
Experience in composing different contracts, agreement (Ukrainian, multinational)
Composing of legal corporate documentation for Managers of the company

Responsibilities:
To be responsible for all legal process in the company
Preparation of contracts, all legal documentation chapters, agreement for Boards
Cooperation with the regulatory authorities
Participation in board meetings
Organization and management of legal work in company
Court procedures – represent interest of the company in court of all levels
Negotiations on the making agreements of lawsuits, executive procedures
Management and controlling of judicial, claims and actions work of the company
Pretrial and judicial prospects of disputes, claims and actions, debts recovering
Participation in law sessions
Legal substantial of a position of the company for questions in front of partners and supervisions bodies.
