ViaCube, a global technology development company, offers a rare opportunity for a Team Lead to join a rapidly growing team focused on both professional and personal growth.

ViaCube is seeking an individual who is able to challenge conventional thought, offer unique perspective and generate innovative ideas.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

- We are looking for a creative individual, who can lead a team in application development, troubleshooting and overall product development across multiple environments and operating platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

- A minimum BS in computer science or related field (MS preferred).
- Advanced English competency (verbal and written).
- Team management skills.
- Co-ordination amongst technical and non-technical teams.
- At least 5+ years experience in:
Integrating cross platform applications,
Defining objectives by analyzing user requirements,
Designing and developing custom software solutions,
Envisioning system features and functionality.
- Proficient in the following areas a must:
Development/design of Web-oriented software, RDMS( MySQL, PostgreSQL), Linux/Unix, Software engineering, OOD/OOA/OOP.
- Proficiency in the following areas highly desirable: Javascript/AJAX, Flash(AS2/3), Python.
- Strong analytical and people skills, creative problem-solver and ability to spot issues and troubleshoot quickly.
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure and to excel in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
