POSITION:
Associate, Equity Capital Markets – Central and Eastern Europe (based in Kiev)

DEPARTMENT:
Investment Banking and Finance

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Key contact person for ECM based in Kiev for transactions in CEE·
- Assist in origination in ECM and DCM transactions in Ukraine as well as Central Eastern Europe·
- Coordination of transaction effort between Corporate Finance and Sales·
- Execution of ECM/DCM transactions originated from CEE.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Marketing skills·
- Origination, co-ordination skills·
- Project management skills·
- Fluent English and Russian·
- Good knowledge of capital markets, knowledge of debt finance is a plus·
- Knowledge of the capital markets legislation·
- Experience of the Eastern European or other emerging capital and debt markets

LIKELY / NECESSARY EXPERIENTIAL BACKGROUND:
- 1st year Associate within International Bank
