Senior Account Мanager



Требования к кандидату:
• Муж/жен
• Возраст 27-37 лет
• Образование высшее
• Успешный опыт работы в должности Senior Account manager в рекламном агентстве от 2 лет;
• Опыт написания презентаций-предложений клиенту, работы с фармацевтическими клиентами
• Понимание желаний современного потребителя, хорошие знания рекламного рынка.
• Гибкость в мышлении, самостоятельность в работе, ориентированность на клиента, ориентированность на результат.
• Владение Английским языком от уровня Upper intermediate .




Должностные обязанности:
• Стратегическое планирование развития отношений с клиентом
• Осуществление всех связей с клиентом и клиентский сервис
• Управление бюджетом: планирование освоения, принятие решений, контроль использования
• Работа над увеличением осваиваемого бюджета и портфеля брендов конкретного клиента.
• Участие в тендерах
- Участие в работе над разработкой концепции продукта
• Продажа продукта клиенту, согласование изменений предлагаемого продукта
• Обеспечение взаимодействия группы с другими подразделениями агентства (Media, Creative, etc)
• Организация и контроль бизнес процессов в группе (Планирование работы. Распределение и контроль выполнения заданий)
• Разработка условий соглашений с клиентами и подписание контрактов
• В подчинении от 3х Account Managers
• Pro-activный подход, предлагать новые стратегии
