NEW BUSINESS/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

RESPONSIBILITIES: Bring new business to the table, oversee pitches, foster relationships with the current and prospective Clients, promote company image on the local and foreign markets.

BRING NEW BUSINESS TO THE TABLE
• Be in the loop of advertising business (know what is going to be shot, who is going to shoot, when the shoot is planning to take place, who is the Client….)
• Make inquires regarding the upcoming projects

FOSTER RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE CURRENT AND PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS (work closely with the owners of the agency)
• Build day-to day healthy and friendly communication
• Promote company image on the local and foreign markets

SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
• Previous experience in cross functional management/coordination (similar to the one in client service department of an advertising agency)
• Strong communication and negotiation
• Thoroughness and detail oriented approach to all the tasks
• Fluent English
• Passion for winning
• Stress resistance
• Ability to work long hours
• Desire to work in dynamic environment / interest in video production / advertising
