ASP.NET Developer (with Chinese language)

Requirements:
• fluent Chinese
• experience with ASP.NET 2.0/3.5
• experience with.NET Framework 2.0/3.5
• experience with HTML, CSS
• experience in TFS will be a plus
• good English or Russian
