Client:
international B2B company (the world's leading supplier of flavors, fragrances and colors)

Requirements:
• higher education (preferably in food industry);
• experience in administrative, customer service or procurement spheres from 2 years (preferably in B2B companies: nutritional supplements, equipment and packaging for food industry, etc.);
• good level of English (both: spoken and written);
• accurate, well-organized, attentive to details and responsible person.

Responsibilities:
• providing administrative and communications support to Sales Director;
• supporting the sales process: communication with customers, plants-producers, distributors, etc.;
• handling all incoming phone calls, faxes, web-site generated e-mail communications;
• client Database management;
• provide check in, control and internal agreements of import documentation ;
• translations.
