MC 0478 - Senior Customer Service Specialist

Client: International FMCG Company (non-food)

Requirements:
• higher education;
• experience in a similar position of 3 years in international FMCG food / non-food companies;
• decision-maker, focuses on results person;
• good planning and organization skills;
• good managerial skills;
• resistance to stress;
• quick learner.

Responsibilities:
• perform the acceptance, approval and processing orders according to schedule their receipts, for timely and accurately billing for payment or sale of goods on credit;
• make the preparation and printing required for the sale of goods, documents, and promptly transmit to the warehouse for shipment of goods in accordance with the schedule of shipment;
• prepare and control monthly statements from clients to feed into accounting and reporting department, concerning the division activities with clients;
• prepare and send to customers required documents (certificates, and more hygienic, according to questions from customers) concerning the sale of goods under the Laws of Ukraine;
• customer inventory levels control to ensure the fulfillment of contractual conditions;
• organize an efficient work of unit for the timely receipt and processing of all orders from customers;
• plan, organize, motivate and supervise the work of subordinates to ensure all procedures and division processes;
• control the performance of division targets;
• conduct an annual evaluation of subordinates;
• analyze customer service processes and initiate changes to their effective use of time and interaction with internal and external customers;
• prepare unit reporting.
