Client: International FMCG Company (non-food)

Requirements:
• higher education (preferably in Marketing);
• experience in a similar position of 3 years in international FMCG food / non-food companies;
• decision-maker, focuses on results person;
• good managerial skills;
• strong analytical skills;
• strategically thinking person;
• ability to deal with constructive challenge.

Responsibilities:
• development and implementation of investment and trade marketing communications strategy for the representation of the assortment, promotional activity and promotional materials in accordance with corporate standards;
• implementation of trade marketing main activities, as defined by company management in accordance with corporate standards;
• plan, organize and control the trade marketing activities in accordance with global and local strategies of the company;
• development and implementation of investment and assortment of communication policy in order to achieve business objectives on trade and assortment policy;
• analysis of information on current and new products and determine the effectiveness of investments in promotional activities conducted and used in POS materials and equipment;
• management of team personnel, fix short-term and annual goals to ensure team effective operation;
• execute annual certification of subordinate staff and provide feedback on the quality of their work and determine trainings needs.
