Requirements for the candidates:
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics.
• Minimum 5 years experience as chief accountant (in grain business –desirable).
• Have strong knowledge of local tax, statutory and statistic reporting.
• Have a good knowledge of corporate procedures and policies.
• Good knowledge of US GAAP.
• Have good computer skills, excel – advanced, 1c basic knowledge.
• English written and spoken.
• Highly motivated with collaborative working style at the same time with ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement of work processes.
• Result oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• High learning capacity.
• Ability to adapt positively to a changing environment.
• Ability to deal with conflict.

Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure all financial reporting for entities activities in Ukraine is in full compliance with local and US GAAP requirements, legal/statutory requirements.
• Responsible for the accounting of current and deferred taxes in GAAP and the preparation of the U.S. Tax reporting paсkage. Ensures reconciliation of taxes in the income tax statement, local financial reporting, and corporate reporting.
• Ensure local accounting is in place and corresponds with the common methodology established by the Law of Ukraine “On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine”.
• Ensures tax accounting is in place, and tax reporting is done basing on the accounting data.
• Ensures a full reconciliation is undertaken / documented between the FRP and the local statutory accounts.
• Organizes and leads tax legal issues.
• Organizes tax planning and optimization, leads VAT return issues and constructive cooperation with authorities.
