Creative Web developer

We are looking for a full-time senior Web developer to join our top creative team and participate in the development and ongoing improvement of the company's online presence via Web sites and other Internet projects. The ideal candidate will be able to apply their creativity and expertise to requests from the Marketing and Product Management teams and collaborate with our artists to produce and maintain distinctive first-class Web sites showcasing our world-famous software products.

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Proficiency in hand-coded HTML 5, XHTML, CSS2
- Professional knowledge of Javascript, PHP, MySQL, and DOM for popular browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera)
- Good understanding of usability and practical knowledge of Web design and related support activities such as graphics optimization and SEO (you don't need to be a designer, but you should have sufficient knowledge to create high-grade Web-optimized content)
- Familiarity with CMS engines, RIA technologies such as AJAX and Adobe Flash, current Web 2.0 trends and directions, and a desire to develop that knowledge and apply it in practice
- At least 3 years’ experience in creating large-scale commercial Web projects (please include two or three links to recent Web projects with your CV)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Experience in managing a small team of Web developers/coders would be an advantage (you will have one Web coder reporting to you from the very beginning)
- Any experience in the development of desktop applications and/or familiarity with CGI, C/C++/C#/Objective-C, SVN would be a plus
