European Healthcare Company is looking for a Marketing/Brand Manager. The company offers an interesting and dynamic work within an international environment, professional teamwork and excellent development possibilities.

Our candidate is proactive, highly professional and experienced in Sales & marketing and promotion of premium segment beauty brands.

POSITION PURPOSE:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing/Brand Manager who can drive the implementation of the international marketing platform and adapt this to local requirements in order to drive the success of an innovative and leading product within skin care. The candidate will have full responsibility and ownership (including planning and management) of assigned products throughout the product lifecycle to meet sales, financial and corporate growth objectives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Implementaion of international brand strategy and campaigns in local market
o Plan, develop and execute local marketing activities ATL and BTL, in order to secure growth of the brand.
o Control budgets and measure performance against objectives
o Analyze and monitor market data and the consumer environment to better understand the brand’s market position
o Prepare and implement short and long term marketing and trade strategies for the brand
o Prepare and execute product communication and trainings
o Establish and maintain relationship to press to secure effective PR coverage

REQUIREMENTS:
o Female
o Age 30-45
o A successful and documented track record as a product manager (min. 5 years), ideally working with beauty or health related brands
o Experience with retail distribution, pharmacies
o Experience in WEB - based sales
o
o Self motivated, creative and positive-minded
o Strong and capable to drive changes
o Able to work well in both individual and team environments
o Proficient in consumer insight
o Well connected to media and PR, experienced in event management
o Fluent in English

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
o University degree, preferably in marketing
o Native Ukrainian / fluent in Russian and English
o Wide experience in marketing: marketing planning, budgeting, advertising and media planning and executing, event management
o Advanced PC user, good knowledge of MS Office

TRAVEL REQUIRED:
This position may require business trips
