Client: a foreign company

Requirements:
• higher technical education;
• 3-5 years experience in the repair of household appliances or industrial machineries (for life);
• English or German on advanced level;
• good communicative and negotiation skills;
• experience in cooperating with governmental organizations in protection of consumers, etc.;
• persistence;
• advanced user of MS Office (especially MS Excel);
• knowledge of SAP, 1C as a plus;
• driving license (category B);
• self-organized, responsible and commitment person;
• good analytical skills;
• team player.

Responsibilities:
• technical staff consulting of service centers concerning the technical issues related to repairs and structural features of household appliances;
• work with appeals and complaints (technical advice, warranty and work with complaints and appeals);
• counseling of administrative and technical staff of the service centers for warranty repairs contentious negotiation, negotiation exchanges of consumer technology to end users;
• controlling and managing of exchange devices to the end users;
• working with technical documentation in electronic form;
• participating in the organization of technical trainings for specialists of service network.
