Client: International FMCG Company (non-food, detergents)

Requirements:
• higher education;
• experience of 2 years in the positions of Key Account Manager/Key Account Executive or BTL/TM Manager in international FMCG food / non-food companies;
• work experience with advertising agencies;
• experience in negotiation;
• good presentation skills.

Responsibilities:
• develop Trade Marketing Strategy for the year based on sales targets and marketing strategy;
• monitor market development in trade activities and create based on this knowledge sales driving and cost effective initiatives and promo ideas;
• prepare and organize implementation of yearly activities plan in main KA’s in co-operation with KA managers;
• make financial evaluation of all trade marketing activities before the activity has been launched and approve it with all department heads; monitor results and conduct evaluation of all BTL activities within one month after activity has been finished;
• represent the brands towards BTL Agencies and work with them to achieve the best result in implementing promotion actions (preparation of briefings, conducting tenders, executing control over promotion actions and of agency related costs);
• develop and organize promo and other BTL activities based on request from sales department and marketing department;
• supervise buying of POS materials and manage the POS materials stock at the warehouse and their timely distribution and deliveries to the regions; insure optimal usage of warehouse storage space;
• lead the process of product catalogue and sales presenter update (twice per year);
• report to Category Manager and Head of Key Account Department on the status of trade marketing activities on the monthly base and on the request;
• control of the trade marketing budget according to the plan, provide budget status reports every month and organize all necessary accounting documents related to the brand’s expenses;
• prepare all required information and presentations regarding promo activities, POSM and other projects to the MSM, SMM meetings and other occasions and present results.
