Adstream corporation is the leader in the sphere of service solutions for advertising and cross-media industry (TV, Radio, Print, Internet, outdoor, mobile) with offices based in Australia, United Stated, United Kingdom, Germany and other locations. We are currently extending our Kiev team to develop and support our software solutions and projects.

The main business scope of the company covers huge corporations, such as Nokia, Procter and Gamble (P&G), TV channels, agencies and publishing houses all over the world.

The projects we are on can be described as distributed server, web and desktop applications, developed by means of ASP.Net, C#, QT, SQL, Java, Web Services, Ajax, Flash and compatible with OS Windows, Linux and Mac OS X.

We invite responsible, intelligent and professional people to take the challenge and apply for a "Technical Support Administrator" full-time position in our company.

Our main demands are:
• Excellent English (both written and spoken);
• Strong troubleshooting skills;
• Would be a huge plus: Knowledge of Microsoft IIS; MSSQL or MYSQL;
• Responsibility and self motivation.

Duties and Tasks:
• Managing all the project-related communications with clients (US, Australia, UK);
• Cooperating with QA and system administrators if technical help is required for a client;
• Processing clients' requests in Service Desk;
• Passing the feed-back to the management and developers;
• KB management.
